Why I’m launching a live, community-driven lab for coding with AI

The scatter-shot problem

Over the past few months my calendar has filled with quick calls and DMs that start the same way:

“Hey Thanos, have you tried this Claude Code setting?”

“Got a prompt trick for migrations—want it?”

“Here’s a VS Code extension that halves my refactor time.”

Fantastic ideas – yet they vanish into a dozen Slack workspaces and forgotten Zoom recordings.

Each of us is rediscovering the same workflow hacks in parallel, learning slowly because we’re learning alone.

A few nights ago, staring at a growing pile of bookmarks, I asked the obvious question:

What if we put everyone in the same room (well… Zoom) and figured this stuff out together?

No polished course, no months of prep – just a weekly space to share wins, test tools on real code, and capture the lessons before they slip away.

Saturday morning I brewed coffee, opened Kajabi, and shipped a first draft. It’s rough around the edges on purpose – we’ll iterate in public.

Weekly 60-min Live Build on a member’s actual repo – mistakes included.
Tool & workflow deep dives – extensions, CLI tricks, and patterns that hold up in production.
Video archive + community hub so wins, snippets, and questions don’t vanish into chat history.

Shorter path from idea → working code. Collective discovery beats solo trial-and-error.
Edge cases in the open. You see the real debugging, not just a polished screencast.
Momentum. Rapid-fire wins at the start of each session push everyone to try one new thing a week.

Engineers experimenting with AI tooling who want signal not noise.
Tech leads looking for ideas on team workflows.
Curious beginners who’d rather learn by watching real projects than reading another tutorial.
